This is the third and final article of a series of 3 in which we clarify the different entry points to the OU Business School MBA. This month we look at what is known as “Fast Track” entry onto the MBA.  This is the starting point for those who are 25 years of age or above, have a first degree and approximately 4 years of management experience.  Stage One – Fundamentals of Senior Management – is designed to bring every student up to the same level of knowledge and understanding about the functional aspects of management. It is a 12 month course with a 4 day Residential School. Stage 2 starts with a compulsory course – Strategy - and continues with 2 electives. These can be chosen from a wide range of courses from Financial Strategy to Creativity, innovation and change. The final course – Making a Difference - is based around a management initiative of your own choosing.
